Infant Mortality Awareness Month

In Southwest Florida, 155 babies were stillborn or died before their first birthday in 2008. In honor of babies who have died, 1,000+ pinwheels will be placed in each of four memorial gardens in Naples, Fort Myers, LaBelle, and Clewiston. These will be on display September 23&24. More Information.

Inaugural Golden Baby Shoe Awards Luncheon

On September 24, 2010, Healthy Start of Southwest Florida will present the first Golden Baby Shoe Awards event in Southwest Florida. The awards will honor local leaders in our fight against infant mortality. We are looking for your help to find these unique individuals in our community.
